2. Membership services
HouseholdSure provides digital tools for employment support workflows. Partner organisations may deliver verification and specialist services under separate arrangements.
3. Member responsibilities
Members must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. Misleading submissions may result in suspension.
4. Fees & payments
Membership fees and service charges are as published on the Pricing page or as agreed in writing for custom arrangements. Failed payments may limit access to paid features.
5. Limitation of liability
HouseholdSure SA provides the platform and related digital tools on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, HouseholdSure is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
